I remember Arnold saying he didn't eat that much.

Met a dude at the gym last night. Short, but completely jacked. Easily below 10% body fat, but he was huge. Dude told me he doesn't eat but 1,800 calories a day.

Now I'm curious what my body fat percentage is. It's been a while since I've checked it.

It was the limited carbs after 4 that was different. Instead of brown rice or quinoa with my dinner, I just did the green beans.

One cup of green beans is under 50 calories.

One cup of brown rice is over 250 calories.

Yes you're limiting carbs, but in doing so you're also limiting calories.

I'm about to start cardio (hiit) and eca stack. Weight loss is slowing. Been on nothing but diet and weights since diet start.

Yeah, but now I am easily eating almost twice as much for breakfast and lunch.

It isn't that I am eating less calories, but I am eating the carbs at earlier times.

I love green beans, so making them the dinner go-to was no problem for me

Steam some fresh ones. Add some ground black pepper. Great stuff.

I'm sure it's less calories than I was eating before, but it's not like I'm decreasing my daily intake by 800 to 1,000.

Anyways, I really like how easy it is to cut now. And since my body loses the extra fat quickly, I can bulk a little bit longer.

Do you think this is a healthy diet?

No, but it works for me. Again, labs and physicals come back normal. I'll be 43 in less than 2 months. I smoke and drink way too much, but apparently, I'm fine according to docs.
