Had a good fall/winter of #Gainz but I've managed to get fat as frick also. Looking to lose ~20lbs. Body fat but hopefully continue gaining leak muscle mass or at least maintain.
How many calories a day?
How much cardio should I be doing?
Any recommended supplementation?

You may need anabolic help if you truly want that.

That's more realistic but still hard to do. If you maintain the same body weight but are losing body fat, then youre gaining muscle at the same time which is tough to do. Try intermittent fasting and walking fasted in the morning along with cutting carbohydrates down quite a bit. You didn't give nearly enough info for any other realistic advice because we don't know what your calorie deficit should be at since we don't know your measurable and what your maintenance should be. You can lose body fat without getting on a treadmill or bike, but you have to be strategic.

It's not complicated. Workout and do cardio that's worth a shite, not just a steady slow run or walk. Actually sweat.
Then cut your portions way down. And don't eat after 7:30-8:00.
Drink water.
Profit.

I target around 1950 calories, which is ~15% deficit below my TDEE.
make sure you get adequate protein

I'm working a 20% deficit while eating a keto diet. Lost about 12 lbs so far in 4.5 weeks.

You can use this calculator to find your calories/macros.

Personally, I usually avoid cardio on a cut (especially HIIT) because I find it just makes me hungrier. If anything, I walk on the treadmill at a high incline.
The only supplement you really need is probably protein power to help supplement the protein you eat as part of your meals. On a cut, you should at least be eating 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight in order to preserve the muscle you built while bulking.

I'm doing 2,000 per day, its not hard other than days when I drink a few beers.
Use an App like MyFitnessPal etc to track calories.
I walk 3 miles per day and lift light weights.

HIIt is essential just do it in small doses. No more than 12 to 15 mins. Go all out on the intervals.

Actually this is a good thread for me as well. Been working on making #gainz and eating about 3,000 calories a day. But going to need to lean up for summer.
