"space" (when referring to a field, subfield, etc)

any noun made into a verb (that isn't already in the Oxford dictionary). I'm not giving examples, because it will make me puke.

the word "so"--what started as a simple, acceptable sentence, such as: "I am so tired," started degrading into abortions such as: "I am so not going to the grocery store tonight." I first noticed this abomination on Friends, and everyone involved in that show should be hanged for language-treason.

this isn't a single-word beef, but i'm tired of FB/text speak where it would take one or two words to make a complete sentence. E.g., "Went to the grocery store." Would it really inconvenience your lazy arse to type "I"?

I loathe:

YASSS/YASSSS Queen

basic chicks using: literally, like, and over exaggerating situations by using "I thought I was going to die"
Ex. "My dust allergy is so bad I think I am going to die"

All the ignorant "hip" language like: fleek, lit, etc.

I have more but they're escaping me at the moment.

"Reach Out"
"If you will" I don't hear as much lately...Thank God
"With that said" You are not in a court room you DB!
"Racist" the most over used word
"I'm over it" but they keep taking about the problem!

I can't stand the word "Retard" or any form of it.
When people use it I lose so much respect for that person.

I can't list the specific wirds, but the whole country seems to be moving toward ghetto-type speak, and this is irritating to me.

"Like" used every 4 words, "Selfie", and anything with a hash tag on the front of it.

Cuss words and abbreviations for cuss words. Ornery and specific. God's name in vain.

Pronounced poe-poe. I want to punch people who use this term for police. Where the frick did it come from and what kind of fricking imbecile do you have to be to have this in your vernacular?
