Not married but I've never let a girl drive my car with the exception of once or twice when I was drunk.
I do like driving though. I get bored if I'm not driving on road trips

I drive.
I only let my wife drive me from the hospital b/c I was still under anesthetic.
Even then, I was directing.

Your post is extremely stupid.
John Wayne was an alpha's alpha.
Fought the big C hard right up until the end.
He was hardcore rightwing, but there weren't any gay rumors.
Those only came from gays who wanted him, so very badly, to be gay.

This. It's kinda when you see two chicks start dancing together at the club and you just keep hoping they start lezzing out. Same principle.

I do all of the driving if the whole family is going. She likes to sit in the back with the baby. On road trips we take her van. Most of the time around town we take the van. If it is just the two of us we take my Jeep. Especially when it is warm and the tops down. And during the ice/snow a couple weeks ago hers was stranded so I had to drive us around in mine.

SO is a good driver but I will only ride with her on short trips around town. That woman has a lead foot on highway drives and will scare the shite out of you!
Her philosophy on interstate driving is as follows:
Get in left lane as soon as humanly possible
Accelerate to 85 - 90mph
Speed up if another vehicle is overtaking from behind

I used to let my girlfriend drive most of the time because I have a giant truck and she had a small car. It was much more practical to run around in the car.

I only let my ole lady drive if I'm too drunk to be scared of her driving.

After 18 years of marriage, no chance in hell I'm not driving me around. Because riding with my wife early in our marriage showed me that I can only trust me and not her or anyone else, male or female. She is constantly talking, texting, checking Pandora or GPS etc. Scares the hell out of me. Women and drivers under 30 in general can't drive worth a shite.

seems 80% of male posters have no idea what an alpha male is. probably think John Wayne was an alpha but it's widely believed by peeps who knew him closely that he was either bi or homosexual.
First off, shut the f#%k up! Second, if John Wayne was gay, you can tape me to a chair, cut my face off and then cut my unit off and shove it down my throat, while placing me in front of a mirror. True Detective style! Third, get the f@#k out of here with that shite!
ETA: I got the 69th post!
69!

I let my wife because it frees me up to have drink while we are out.

I usually drive us in either of our cars, but hers is nicer so we're in it more often.
She drives after I drink beer, though.

I drive 100% of the time.
Reasons:
I like driving
I'm in charge
The only person I trust behind the wheel is myself

When we go somewhere in my car, I drive. When we go somewhere in her car, she drives.
Mostly his. But we primarily use my truck which she NEVER drives. I drive her car on trips, she drives it local.

I do 95% of it but when I'm not I sit in the back and stretch out.
When my father was old and hunched over he just told my mother one day you drive and never said anything. I asked him why about a month later and he said "I was coming home from my office and noticed I was looking at my shoes not the road.". I figured that was a good enough excuse. He was 87 at the time.
