Looks like I'm not the only one who has issues with AT&T. I've spent literally hours navigating automated menus, being connected with someone who then wants to connect me with someone else who can help me with my particular problem, and invariably I end up talking to the first person I spoke with without ever having the issue resolved. I finally just said to hell with it and canceled home phone service. I would hate to know there is any business with customer service worse than AT&T

AT&T for sure. Took 5 calls tonight to get the right information on getting my upgrade. The last person (who actually did know what she was talking about) was definitely in a call center in Jaipur. I don't know wtf was going on, but it sounded like they were having an effing party in the background. AT&T high speed internet support is even worse. I have hung up on so many of those bitches mid-call.

I loathe going into the AT&T store. I understand they sale phones and want their employees to use them on shift, but everytime I go in there there's a line out the door and 4 sales reps standing around on their cell phones.
Direct's call in service is pretty awful too. My friend had a guy from there lie to him about how their mobile streaming service works just to get him to buy it.
