Maineri had a kid (can’t remember name) who didn’t hit well but was a great CF. Blond-headed boy who made many great catches. He was almost an automatic out but he played because he could cover half the OF on his own. ...

Several years ago Chuck Knoblack (sp?) played 2nd base for the Yankees. He went through a period where he couldn’t throw to 2nd. It was a major mental funk for him.

Year but he’s in the hunt most years. I don’t know expect Johnson to win the CWS every year or even the SEC but my Lord, I didn’t expect this kind of drop. I KNOW..they lost a lot but they should re-load. ...
