my major was biological sciences. Within that area of study you picked a concentration. for example you would have a bachelor of science in biological sciences with a concentration in say microbiology, bio-tech, molecular, cell, environmental, etc...

it could be different with different BS degrees

Yeah, I don't know why LSU doesn't put majors on degrees

Uh, both my BS and my MS from LSU have the major on them.

Bachelor of Science in Construction Management
Master of Science in Engineering Science

it does not list my Graduate Minor in Disaster Science Management

or the PETE, CE, math, phys, busines, chem, geo, etc. that I took a lot of

ETA: Must be a college decision. College of Engineering puts them on there. Also lists that my degrees were conferred by the College of Engineering

Hence why the degree say Bachelors of SCIENCE

But people do not say they have a degree in SCIENCE, they say I have a degree in Accounting, Biology, Butt-fricking etc..

Compare the amount of Biology hours needed to take for a B.S. as compared to a BGS

BS

BGS

Had a thesis route, and non-thesis. I chose non

It's the masters for us dumbass CM majors

it's just how it is man

don't get offended when people get pissed because they think you are trying to mislead them

when people hear "biology degree" they immediately think you graduated from the College of Biological Sciences

Like it or not, BGS is for the dummies. You couldn't hack a real degree and seem butthurt about it. That or you COULD hack it but you made some shitty decisions and went with the retard major.

Non-thesis had a exam requirement in EE. What did your exam cover, something like an EIT type test?

i think i got two different ones.

one from LSU as a whole, and one from the LSU college of EE.

i framed the EE one because it had my major on it.
