From this board I have learned that some people from LA have some weird arse definitions of "The South". I have heard more than a couple people say GA is more "east coast" than South. And that NC is "mid Atlantic". Both of those states are 10x more "Southern" (using "mainstream" Southern culture as the barometer) than LA.

You don't get outside the state much, do you? Maybe the only state with drive through daiquiri stores (as no one else drinks that shite), but lots of places have drive through liquor stores.
