Just looked up prices on VR4s. Several coupes ranging from $12k to $21k.

Only one Spyder for sale in the nation on Autotrader, and it's listed at $37k

I saw a white RHD one in BR not too long ago, didn't get a pic tho.

ETA, I guess they're all RHD, but you know what I mean.

Went through the whole thread checking to see if anyone had posted an E30 M3. Took 5 pages?

1985 Harley

This was the last year of the shovelhead engine.

According the NADA an excellent condition 85 Harley can be worth over $15,000.00 depending on the model.

It's definitely not a "collectible", but I love the 96 Impala SS. Used to own one, my favorite vehicle I've ever had. One of the last of Chevy's big body sports cars. Had a 350 V8 with 260hp stock..which for the mid 90s was pretty legit for a "normal" car (like not a corvette or something super high end). They made the SS from 94-96, but 96 was the only year with the floor mounted shifter. Obviously they were highly mass produced, but the fact that that particular style was only made for one year is kinda cool, to me.

Unfortunately, there are 3 types of them on the road these days. The little old grandma who doesn't GAS about it and and looks like hell, the urban crowd who puts them on 20s and does so much to it that it's barely recognizable, and the rarest of the bunch, the folks that appreciate the beauty of the machine and take good care of it, with only minimal mods to it.

You'll see Skylines soon. 25 year old EPA/DOT exemption hits the first BNR-32 Skyline GT-Rs starting last month... '89 year models are becoming legal. I test drove one today (at Yokota Air Base in Japan). Bringing one or two back with me to the Louisiana as soon as I can find decent examples.

DeLorean
Pontiac Solstice
Buick GNX
Ford GT
BMW Z8
Toyota Supra
Chevrolet K15 Blazer
Ford Bronco (full sized)
Land Rover Defender
Chevrolet SSR
Cadillac CTS-V (all models)
Pontiac G8 and GTO
Plymouth Prowler
W126 Mercedes Benz S class sedans and convertibles (pre 1991)
Some BMW M3 models - particularly the E30

I have a soft spot for the Jeep Grand Wagonner, Buick Roadmaster, and 1980s Chevrolet Suburbans....but I don't think they are quite collectable status yet, and may not ever be.

The original Oldsmobile Aurora and the 1996 Impala SS have an interesting following. I've also read how the Pontiac Azteck has gotten more popular after Breaking Bad.

I'm not a car guy by any means, but my choices are the Plymouth Prowler and the NSX

Hats off to Plymouth, just for producing a car like this

And I've always thought these were amazing looking cars.

The way that the new Corvettes and the late model CTS-V series cars sound is intoxicating. IMO, they are to four wheeled cars what Ducatti is to motorcycles as far as sound goes.

I want a Corvette Z06.
