I redid my A-Bolt a few weeks ago after it had developed rust also. I used duracoat aerosol, which has a "can within a can" design so you can release the hardener into the paint, shake up and spray on as if it were krylon. here is the result [img]https://c1.staticflickr.com/1/647/3181728878...

may be a long shot but you may want to try a couple of local machine shops and see if they will do it. when I was getting all of mine done I called some trophy stores around Lafayette and they didn't want to touch a "firearm". ...
