Or box as it is more appropriately called?

Should I look for a gym that focuses more on the Olympic lifts as much as the wods?

There are several crossfit gyms in the area, what cf level should a good coach be?

I really want to find one that does focus on the big lifts. I always wanted to learn Olympic lifting, and this could supplement my future judo/ jiu jitsu training.

I already listed that.

But with so many gyms popping up, I don't think a cf level 1 should coach although I am sure that many do.

Puke buckets.

If people aren't puking, they aren't going HAM. That's how you know it's a poser gym.

crossfit gym - Proper certifications

I have friends that have "proper" crossfit certs. Went to class for a weekend, learned nothing, now they're crossfit trainers. It's pretty funny...and insulting
