Never put off till tomorrow something you can put off all together.

An email that you're not sure about on the first read through, delete. If it's important, it'll comeback clearer the second time.

Treat everyone who works under you like a king or a queen and everyone who works above you like s***t. So far, that advice has worked out 100% of the time for me. It may be why my bosses are afraid of me
I’ve experienced your type… Hard to fire because you usually run a fair operation, but create company divide. If you are so good, go start your own company hoss.

I had a VP who used to always used to tell me to “just do the right thing”. It drove me nuts until I got a little older and realized how right he was.

1. Everyone makes mistakes, the quicker you acknowledge your mistake the quicker you can fix it. Almost everything can be fixed.

2. When working on an important task: “don’t frick it up”

Most people that complain just want to know someone is listening to them. If you let them know you're listening, they're far more likely to capitulate on the things they're complaining about

Everyone is smart. The only things that really differentiate people in a highly technical highly paid industry is work ethic and ability to communicate your ideas.
