re: Did the Catholic Church hide pedophiles?
Posted by Nephropidae on 4/25/24 at 7:23 am
do know that in the diocese of Houma-Thibodaux that I’m in that there’s a zero-tolerance policy now among active priests, new seminarians are very thoroughly scrutinized and vetted
I’m a practicing Catholic and disgusted by the way the church has handled its pedophiles. It’s not fair ...

Big arse custom (at least not branded) cast iron pot… damn that was 20 years ago. Absolute legit gift that we use weekly and will likely use forever. Wonderful. Not on registry, thank goodness. ...

Boil water, add seasoning, add shrimp. Come to boil again, maybe a a minute or so. Pull out shrimp from top with strainer.
You can get fancy with it but if you just want shrimp there’s nothing to it. ...

re: Let's talk about losing friends
Posted by Nephropidae on 3/15/24 at 11:31 pm
With children growing up it just changed, friends are neighbors, school and sports parents now. Occasionally golf with old buds but it seems the same with them and their lives changing with family, no big deal. Definitely a significant argument could end it fully.
Do you think you’re making a point? It “resurfaced” because she was hired onto a high profile project — Black Panther. Whether she is “lead dev” ’is irrelevant, jackass
making a point that the thread title is “lead dev of EA Black Panther” is not accurate. I’m not sure what you are so...
Boeing is one plane crash from bankruptcy
hopefully that (a crash) does not happen, and a wholesale change in leadership may be the answer. There is no immediate replacement to their depth in engineering and supply. That company can’t just disappear. But we will see. ...
