growing up the family car was a Volvo and a Rape Van. Then that got traded in for a Cadillac. Then that got traded in for a Caprice. That Volvo held out from 81, until it became mine in 1995.

Similar to this only ours was solid army green and didn't look this good. It was 3 speed on the column and the shift linkage would often lock up and even as a kid I knew how to get up under the hood and free up the linkage.

73 Chevy Wagon. I learned how to drive in that car. Basically the same as the Buick that you posted.

I have great memories of riding around with my Dad in that car! He gave me my love for cars and music and it all started in that Firebird.
