I swear I'm never going to let that happen again.

If she was actually in and out of consciousness and wandering around naked not knowing what's going on, she couldn't consent.

If she comes to and says stop and you stop, can she still call rape on the sex up until that point? It seems like yes, and that's scary.

it is scary...but if she "comes to" clearly she wasn't in her right mind and you're a moron if you put yourself in a position where there is any doubt if a woman is too drunk to consent.

I also have no memory of the walk to his House, or the walk up the stairs, or the walk to his room. Next thing I do remember, I’m naked in his bed.

Seems legit.

I've been told by friends, who are cops, that the first thing they would say if they are ever accused of rape by someone who claims she was drunk is "I had sex with her? Really? I was pretty drunk"

Okay fine. I'm just going off what's available. But I've done a lot of drinking and a lot of drunk fricking, and if I'm physically able to put the work in I'm not too drunk to know what's going on.

The first time I ever had sex with an ex girlfriend, I did not, could not, consent.

Two large daquiris with extra 190. A fifth of crown. A twelve pack of purple haze. A twelve pack of MHLL, and a bottle of rumplemintz did not survive the build up to the worst sex of my life.

Did I press charges? No, I played xbox the next day, stayed slightly more sober the next night, and hit it like Mike Jones.

I'm a sociopath though. I could see where a woman might feel dirty the next day. But if the guy was equally blasted, no rape charge. If he had three beers, rape charge.

It sounds like she raped the dude. Not once did she get his consent.

Assume hypothetically that they were both drunk, he asked and she said yes, but, of course, in here diminished state of capacity, didn't really think it through. Neither did he. Why is he the offender here? Or what if she was the one who asked? What if he didn't want it and she pressured him into it and he, being of diminished capacity, agreed to it? She admits she has no idea how it happened. How does she know that's not what happened? Why couldn't he be just as much a victim as she claims to be? I think this is bullshite. The victim mentality is just out of control.

I don't buy the "put herself in that position" argument to justify sexual assault. I think if you take advantage of anyone, male or female, when they are in a state of diminished capacity, you are guilty of some sort of offense (although depending on circumstances I wouldn't call it rape). But, when the offender and "victim" are in the same condition, why is the guy automatically the wrongdoer?

Upvote, rape isn't funny.

Unless Adam Sandler makes a movie about rape. That would probably be hilarious.

Who's to say that she didn't rape her alleged rapist? I mean, if he were blackout drunk too, obviously he wasn't able to consent. And I doubt that in a sober state anyone would want to frick her SJW arse. So. . .

How about don't drink in the first place if you know you don't want to be in that kind of situation. I mean, she didn't have a sudden revelation afterwards, right?
