At this point in the conversation I'd just like to remind everyone that
there are
about 300 million people in the US
about 400 million registered vehicles in the US
about 210 million licensed drivers in the US
about 300 million firearms using survey data, but likely about 400 million if you count those off the books / illegal / smuggled in etc
per year
48000 deaths from poisoning
190000 deaths from injuries
33800 deaths from motor vehicle accidents
33600 deaths from firearms
88000 deaths due to excessive alcohol intake
50000 deaths from the flu / pneumonia
and between 200000 and 400000 preventable deaths due to medical errors for those in hospitals (so this excludes errors from local clinics and so forth), which would make poor medical care the third leading cause of death in the US
the only logical conclusion here is that you should:
1. trust your doctors, especially after you've been admitted into the hospital and the top two leading causes of death have been excluded
2. turn in your guns, they're killing everyone
3. cut off your penis, it's raping everyone your guns have not killed

This isnt true at all. Rape allegations aren't just made flippantly. The girl has to make a sworn statement and be subjected to investigation before charges are filed. Police and prostecutors have to believe a crime has occurred. You know that.

Not true you say? Tell that to this guy....

But text messages sent between the alleged victim and other Amherst students point toward the opposite conclusion: that Doe did nothing wrong
Student Expelled for Rape Has Evidence He Was the Victim. Amherst Refuses to Review It.

That's the real question here isn't it?
Are girls wise and strong enough to take responsibility for themselves? Or is it the guys job to run the show responsibly because females just aren't capable?

We gave him shite all night before he actually took her home because she wasn't even cute.
Well yeah, if she's cute, she's 1.34x more likely to accuse him of drunk-rape.

You clearly do since you responded.
Again, a guy drunkenly rapes a girl, but it is your opinion that is a ok because he was drunk.
pretty typical from you.
But you, with your moral superiority complex some how know that he raped her. Once again, WERE YOU THERE? If not, then STFU.
Innocent until proven guilty.

Regret=Rape. Are you even PC?
Posted on 10/9/15 at 4:51 pm to Jcorye1
Female on male sexual assault is pretty much nonexistent. You are arguing a point with no basis. You are proposing drunk women are fair fricks for every body at the party. Thats just disturbing logic. I've been there, with a drunk girl rubbing my junk telling me everything i wanted to hear. You just have to say no. Its hard, pun intended, but thats the way the law is now..
Posted on 10/9/15 at 4:52 pm to NYNolaguy1
Ideally, the women making false rape allegations need to take responsibility and stop.
More realistically, if I was a dude I'd be cautious as hell.
These lying women are fricking with legit rape victims.. but they're also fricking with non-rape victims because now men are (understandably) less inclined to sleep with a woman who may legitimately be attracted to him and not a rape-liar.

Man if you can't frick drunk girls anymore I'm sure glad I got married

sweet I have always wanted to be considered pompous.

So, sucking his dick and decided she didn't want to get plowed is okay. People change their minds in the middle of sex.
quote:
begging him to plow her before she "came to
So, only a shite head like you would frick a clearly drunk out of her mind woman. SO she sobers up in the middle of the act...and says stop. You stop. She gets to decide what happens to her body.

I'm only morally superior to you.
Posted on 10/9/15 at 4:55 pm to asurob1
If she comes to and says stop and you stop, can she still call rape on the sex up until that point? It seems like yes, and that's scary.

No shite...
"All women are whores"
"Women are batshit crazy"
"You can't trust women"
"Holy shite, that chick is low hanging fruit. I'm gonna take her home and frick her and get all incensed when she acts crazy"

the past few years (and major rape scandals) have proven this assertion to be woefully (and scarily) incorrect

And that's what happened in this case, except she still claims she was raped.
Well, she's vague about the details, but the main points are she came to while he was fricking her, and she got out of there, naked, and passed out somewhere else. If she was really drunk enough to not remember half the night, is she going to fight off someone trying to legitimately rape her? Probably not.

if we use the "if you're intoxicated you can't consent" standard this is just a complete lie
this is ignoring my own sexual assault by a chick (that isn't a big deal and is a "we were drunk" story)

She wakes up and freaks out that we had drunk sex. I can get charged with rape??? HOLY shite.
I'm not excusing this behavior from a woman, but in my experience these kind of things don't happen to good people.
I can't help but roll my eyes when people throw out that they're glad they're no longer in college. shite, we're you really that much of a scumbag that your college experience would have been different if the zero tolerance policies that we have now would have been in place then?
If you believe you would have been accused of rape if you went to college now, it says much more about you than it does about our current policies.
Posted on 10/9/15 at 5:05 pm to Darth_Vader
That whole story pretty much proves that there's a population of women out there that are walking rape charges just waiting to be filed somewhere.
God help whoever they find.
God help whoever they find.

no it doesn't. not at all. especially when you look at the major scandals that have emerged and been the face of this movement
mattress girl? guy did nothing wrong
occidental example? guy did nothing wrong
amherst example? guy did nothing wrong
UVA example? no guy even existed
