I was to make a post about how I'm better than you because I have my own office, but then I remembered that my office doesn't have any goddamn windows.

So it might as well be a cubicle.

Negative. Having a door and ceiling are miles better than a cubicle.

I have my own office now, and it's the cats arse.

I also drink at lunch. That makes the 2nd half of the day go by quickly.

Poor Cubies. I had one for a month once when we were remodeling and it sucked. I like to close my door so nobody bothers me while I post on TD.

I was hoping to have an office when I graduated, but I'm sort of happy I ended up in the environment that I'm in. We don'really have cubicles, but I have a desk with a cubicle wall separating me from the desk next to me and open to the front of me so I can see everyone. I pop in headphones when I need to concentrate, but it's more of an open environment the rest of the time. I can talk to the people on the opposite side of the office from my desk. If I had an office, I'd be on here a lot more and would take several naps a day.

I had nice floor to ceiling windows in my old office...

It was just of a parking lot, but at least I could see outside. I feel like I'm stuck in a closet now.

Oh well, I like this company better, so I guess having no windows is worth it.

I'm in a big arse cube with multiple monitors, a closet, filing cabinets that are 5 ft. high etc., but I'm good friends with all of my cube mates.

We just shoot the shite if we're not working, but we remain pretty busy.

I had a job before this one that was so miserable. It was in cubicle's, but the job itself was awful with awful bosses. I printed out a picture I had of my cube at that job and its above my phone in my current work space to remind me things could be much, much worse.

I have an office with a window. My view is about a 2 out of 10 though. I wish I could open the window but it is in an office building and not able to open.

I spent a decade in a cubicle so I can relate.

Recently ended an 18 month sentence in a cubicle. I used to make a notch in the wall every time I could feel a piece of my soul die. It was a good way to pass the time.

My biggest problem is that I have too much wall space and don't have enough art to put up. One wall is all window, but still looks kind of drab in here.

This is me. I was in a cubicle. Wasn't that bad since I was in the middle of the labyrinth. Nobody bothered me and my neighbor became one of my better friends. We were loud but we didn't care and nobody said anything.

Now my office is pretty tight but I do wish I had windows. I have linoleum tiles too. Putting a rug in soon.

Like most of life's problems, drinking helps a great deal. When I was in the cubicle I was drinking pretty heavy everyday after work. Getting really drunk and just beating the shite out of my girlfriend was the only way I could blow off steam.

Glad to hear you're out. I don't think I'm going anywhere anytime soon.

Good luck and God bless. And the beating the shite out of the girlfriend thing was a joke, don't do that.

One wall of my cube is a window that overlooks Downtown Atlanta. Can't complain.

Why don't you put up some pictures and shite? That cube is pretty depressing.
