Sorry I don't base what I wear off what society thinks is in style or not. And I like having pockets for my wallet, phone, pocket knife or whatever else I might be carrying.

Who says they don't (check my profile pic)? I don't wear them all the time. I wear jeans 70% of the time. Or basketball shorts. But when it's 90° and I have some errands to run, I'll throw on some cargo shorts

I wear cargo shorts bc I like the extra pockets. I'm ok if soceity isn't in agreement with my fashion decisions.

Wallet. Kouzie in the back. Phone and Keyes in the front. A lot of times there's extra shite. Going out in the evening? A case for my sunglasses would be nice so they don't break. Gonna be gone a while? External phon charger.

Exactly. I'll throw in keys. Even helping the guy out, it's hard to get this list of crap you carry in your pockets above 4. And regular shorts will give each one of your items it's very own personal pocket. I will never understand the reasoning behind cargo shorts. I wore them when I was 14. Then I didn't.
