I used to live a block from Carpool, I went there ALL THE TIME. Stumbled home pretty much every time

I find that I enjoy A-town and places like Liberty Tavern more and more these days since I'm getting older

2008-2010 we probably boozed together and didn't even know it. My fraternity brothers lived in randolph towers.

Probably addressed already but just travel. The world is an amazing place with awesome history. Staying in one place denies you the gift you been given. And it's cheap to travel. I flew the wife to dubai for $800. The northeast USA is amazing as it's out countries birth, but travel Europe as it's really our philosophical beginning. Travel to Asia and witness a culture wholly different than ours but still full of reverence. Whether it's the glaciers of Alaska, the jungles if New Guinea or the pyramids of Egypt we should take advantage of the freedom we have been offered to explore and learn.

I met this cutie in DC.

Seriously though, I was in love with the city. It's unfortunate I was stuck there for 14 days and it was snowmageddon.

My parents and Jones have never been, so it's in our plans to eventually go.

I think overall it's the coldest and longest winter I've seen in this area. Have warm weather trips planned in November and March and told my wife last night I need a long weekend somewhere warm in January.

I've been to DC several times. I agree it's an awesome place with lots of history...takes at LEAST a week to see everything of interest there and the surrounding area.
