For me, hangovers alone keep me from being an alcoholic. They seem to get worse as I get closer to 30, and I can't imagine making myself suffer through them at the expense of feeling drunk on an almost daily basis. Do true alcoholics have super powers?

I don't get hangovers. I feel refreshed the next day. True story.

I get no hang overs from Crown Royal. I can drink 8 drinks and have no hang over.
I usually try to stick to four when I go out.

If I drink tequila I get hung over really bad.

There are tricks though. Advil and 20oz of water right before sleep. Don't wake up to you feel like it and eat as soon as you get up and drink.

I was a drunk when I was 18, messed up my schooling bad. This black dude Damon who like me went to LSu just for the social scene and never went to class, would show up at my Dorm with a random fifth every day and we would drink it then go off and party. M-F every week.

I got to where I could drink a fifth of Vodka in under ten minutes. I used to drink beer like a conehead . I drank so much I was known as "Drunk Zach".
Then I took a one year break from LSU. Found weed and now only drink socially.

Well if he is physically dependent he does.

If I don't drink Caffeine I feel sick. I hate that I'm addicted to something.

Your weekend partying at the fraternity house isn't the alcoholism we are talking about here.

We are talking about actual alcoholics, not TFM alcoholics.
