Don't know why, but I definitely got a chuckle thinking about the employee doing his version of the "no burger for you" dance. That said, as anti "pitch a bitch over a burger flipper's stupid antics" as I am, I'd probably have to call and raise hell about that bush league move right there. Just know though that the best you're going to get is a free #2 and an idiot fired.

yeah, that is going to destroy this outfit - I'm sure the dude is mopping the floor to pay for his last semester in biochemistry at your local college. He probably will off his self. Do it!!!

I don't think I've ever filed a complaint when eating out. It's never been my thing. I don't even want to gain any free meals from this situation, but I would love to see this guy fired.

Every time I've been there when he's working he acts like an a-hole to customers. It's amazing to me people like that have jobs in such a customer oriented position.

Quizno's > Penn Station but there aren't any Quizno's around here any more.

I was at Chipotle the other day around 9:30, I was getting guac for my gf and the girl on the line ran out.

She rolled her eyes and proceeded to slam the empty container in the sink, huffed and puffed to the back and got another container.

At least I got my food and chips and guac for my sister, but got damn do your job. Sorry that I inconvenienced you.

I would definitely call.

. It's 9:50 ET and the place closes at 10.

Do you think you could have ordered your food, had them prepare it, eat it, and be out the door by 10:00? Remember, 10:00 is when they close, not when they let the last person in the door. 10:00 is when the last customer should leave.

No, in a restaurant, that is when the last order should be taken. Lock the doors at 10, but take care of the customers in there before then.

Minimum wage guy clocks out 15 minutes early saving corp. $2.00. Serving you would net corp. less than a $1.00. He is management material.

He'd be a very short sighted & poor manager, which seems to be the case much of the time these days, since he won't have any repeat business from this customer, who lives only 5 minutes away, nor from his friends/neighbors after he tells them all about his experience.
