I don't think people with EBT would go there because the groceries still cost more there, even if you have EBT. They could get more for less elsewhere, and that is what would keep them from the store.

Cause businesses to spend extra money to right whatever grievance out of fear that they'll lose these people's business, then not patron those businesses after they fixed their expensive problem.
