Saw a murder

about 2 hours ago. just got back from NOLA police headquarter.
wtf is wrong with this world. whatever hope i had in humanity just went out the fricking window. my sister and i rushed to try and save him. he died holding my sister's hand.

i was driving down leoandis towards earhart
turning off leondis on pritcher(sp?) i hear gunshots. look down the street, see a guy standing outside of passanger side start firing at a guy. the victim is walking down the street with his 3-5 year old daughter.
victim drops after walking 10-15 steps. daughter is screaming, freaking out. my sister and i get out of the car, rush to the victim. gunshot entering left side, exit wound outside right neck. he wasmoaning and blood everywhere.
5 minutes later, he was gone. i had blood on my hand. fox 8 was there.
