Need ideas for a large bag of rice noodles - theantiquetiger
I have a large, one gallon bag of dry rice noodles (I guess it's rice noodles, crispy, light, zero flavor). They were left over from a catered job today. I was getting ready to throw them away and figured I could make something of them. I'm thinking crispy chocolate balls. Any ideas?...

I will do the roux and shrimp next time. These came out pretty damn good. After three hours, serve over rice ...

re: St Roch Market, any good or just a food court? - theantiquetiger
Our average ticket is around $10. Not fast food pricing but we feel it is fair for what you get
That's why I mentioned "fast food food court" prices. The food court at the mall is expensive (due to high rent), but it's still fast food. It's cool y'all don't charge rent and sup...

Cooking Lima Beans - in game thread w/ pics (final pic added) - theantiquetiger
I haven't tried these in 30 years and I remember I didn't like them as a kid. I decided to make some for the boys at work tonight. I usually make red or white beans. Ingredients: Ham steak cubed 12 oz chicken stock 1 lb baby Lima beans 1 lb frozen season mix (onion, pepper, etc). Just ...
what are you hoping it is? its like a food court
I know it is set up like a food court, I am talking quality of food like a food court. Is the food legit or just fast food. The prices seem pretty low (like fast food). Low prices mean low quality to me. If you skimp o...

re: How many of you sell your gold? - theantiquetiger
I'm sure they are not paying full value to the gold. 12k gold is about $30 a gram (if I remember correctly, I may be off). They are paying $25 a gram (for example, plus banking on gold to continue to go up in value). ...
