He was investigating an incident that at a minimum had the potential for escalation between 2 pissed off women, and possibly already included threats.

he cop said he'd give her two minutes to call her BF to confirm if she had to give them her name. (Which she does not have to do according to the law in California)

He instead gives her maybe 20 seconds before he starts grabbing her and trying to cuff her, pushes her into a fence, and then shoves her to the ground.

again. You're an outright liar

Did he have probable cause to arrest her at the time he attempted to? What was the alleged crime? Why did he say just prior that there was no crime?

Is that a violation of the law?

No playing the race card isn't illegal. But you're insane if you don't think that how citizens interact back to police affects how they respond. No that probably isn't "right", but it's what happens. It's human nature. Your'e going to be courteous to people who are courteous to you. People that are so scared of the police beign hostile sure don't seem to be concerned about preventing it.

Well the officer acted irrationally and illegally. Why you think providing a name would change that is a mystery.

Hmmm...how about because the first woman answered what was asked of her and she didn't get slammed.

Was she under arrest? What for? Was she not legally entitled to walk away?

Tried to walk away? To where? She wasn't trying to escape the cops, she was pacing while she was talking on the phone.

Is it now illegal to turn your back on a cop while you are talking on the phone? You aren't allowed to take a few steps when you've been told you can make a call?

GTFO trying to act like like I'm trying to skirt the truth. The cop was being an impatient jackass and wasnt even applying California state law properly.

So. Arrest them for resisting arrest.

What was tbe underlying arrest for?

That isn't the question at all. It is a diversion.

This could have been avoided with a little cooperation. I thought the officer acted appropriately. I bet Dr King himself would have a good mind to slap that woman for acting like that.

keep trying dude. You are trying to lie, skirt the truth to fit your narative plain and simple. You never turn your back to a police officer and walk away when you're being questoned. They were even going to give her some time to call whoever before she decided to walk away.
You have no idea what her intentions were whether she was just pacing or was going to walk away. No way of knowing from that video.

the frick did I leave out?

She wasnt under arrest when she was told she could make the call. Since when are you not allowed to walk 2 feet away from a cop when you aren't under arrest?

The only jackass in that video is the uncooperative pissed off pregnant lady who allegedly just made a threat to another driver in a road rage incident.

Good for you. Is your understanding of the world so small as to not be able to realize others have different experiences than you?
