11 years ago my nephew was born at 28 weeks and today you would NEVER EVER know that. He was a "grower and a feeder" as the nurses called him in the NICU.
As a mom of 3, many many prayers for your wife, your child and you ... God is good.

My wife is 12 weeks pregnant with our first, and something like this scares more than anything right now. I cant imagine what you're going through but I pray everyday for my wife to have a healthy and safe pregnancy, I will add your family to my prayers. Stay positive and acknowledge even the smallest of victories, it can have a huge impact on each situation. I like to believe God doesn't give us more than we can handle. This is also a time where your wife will need you more than ever, stay strong for her and your baby girl!

You will hear NICU staff call it "whimpy white boy" syndrome. Not meant to be offensive either. Just statistics have shown white male babies are weaker for some reason...they really don't even know why.
