re: Should I find another CPA? - TigerSaint1
Man that sucks and I hate that you missed out on that money. I have a few friends who own their own business around the BR area and they all use McFearin Business Services. They cater to more of the small-mid size businesses and would probably be half the price of what this guy is charging you. I wo...

Understanding Construction Loans - TigerSaint1
Wife and I are in the process of paying off our lot. About a year out from final payment we are planning to go to our Architect and have him design a set of plans for us and what we are looking for and give him an estimate on how much were looking to spend. Once he as these plans finished we plan on...

re: Is Coursey Blvd. between Sherwood Forest and Stumberg the next Florida Blvd? - TigerSaint1
I'm 27 and built in the front of Carriagewood Estates and the SO and I love it. Part of the criteria is you have to pass your house plans by the HOA so none of the houses look exactly the same, lots of mid-young professionals in that area....

I recently opened up a brokerage account with Vanguard to get in on some O&G stocks. My question is, at the end of every year do I need to account for any gains/losses on my taxes? I went through Vanguard since that is who my IRA's are through, so I wasn't sure if they would sent out a statement at ...

I see a lot of people bashing the jet burners, because of noise and inefficiency. What are some of the best alternatives out there? And if someone is just doing 30-50#'s does it really make a huge difference between the single and double jet burners?...
