re: Areas/Subdivisions that are struggling with recovery after "Great Flood" - TigerSaint1
I am interested in this as well. My sister lives in there and I'm trying to help her as much as possible with the rebuild, but I am concerned about starting anything before I know more about the permitting and raising elevation. ...

re: Look at this Depth Chart - TigerSaint1
You left off Logan for DE, he will play before Clark. I think Divinity could move inside too and hope some of the freshmen lb's can contribute. Donnie A. and Voorhies will need to add weight if they want to play more. ...

re: Selling my lot - TigerSaint1
Yea I know what lot you are talking about, I dont like the way that one was positioned on the narrow end of the lake. Are you still looking? And I agree, people drive around neighborhoods all the time that they like. My wife and I still drive around other neighborhoods, that is how we found where we...

re: Selling my lot - TigerSaint1
 I hope I didn't come off as condescending. I had no idea either until 2 weeks after we bought they went up another 20k because they were selling rather quickly and weren't many left. ...

re: Selling my lot - TigerSaint1
I had someone offer me $125k about 8 months ago but did not want to sell at the time. Sounds like you didn't buy a lake lot, they were never that cheap. The prices have went up a good bit in the last few years. The last lake lots were selling for $120k 1.5 years ago. ...

It's in a fairly new sub-division that's in pretty high demand, that also did not flood during the recent flooding. But the lots are on the high end (>100k)...

re: Your stance on student loans? - TigerSaint1
It's not the same situation for everyone. I worked two jobs while in college (1 as a waiter and 1 as an intern). But I was on my own and had no one to help with my bills so every dollar I made went to that (rent, old truck, gas, food, utilities, insurance) But I only took out the very minimal that I...
