Yeah, not gonna put much cred in that study.

and

Louisiana is in a whole different league than Wyoming and Michigan.

Are you really expecting a group of people who are stupid enough to pick up a habit that is known to cause cancer and makes them smell awful to be able to rationally understand that littering is only acceptable to the small minded?

If they can bullshite themselves into believing that smoking is OK in the first place then they will surely bullshite themselves into rationalizing that their littering is also OK. You are fighting a losing battle here.

I didn't necessarily expect you to, but others might find it to be more of an objective finding on the most littered states than your statement.

Well, most of the criteria aren't directly related to littering.

I saw several spots on the side of mountain roads in Alaska where people just dumped any and all of their shite. This was over 20 years ago but it reminded me of home.

You'll find them, particularly in the native villages.

The fact that something someone else does gets you this worked up...is hilarious. The stress of judging other people is probably taking more years off your life than cigarettes would. You should worry about your own fricked up life and let other people live theirs.

What is the environmental impact of this act? Im just wondering what it could possibly hurt. Its paper and cotton and maybe a little bit of tobacco. I can see that it may be a fire risk in the summer months when the grass is very dry.

We went to one not far outside of Anchorage and shot the hell out of this bathtub. My dad's friend was a gun/gold dealer (for tax purposes) at the time and we were trying out his 10 gauge.
