Especially if youre a car full of jersey shore looking douche-bags who just got done shopping at banana republic.
All it takes is common sense to understand why its a pathetic fricking act, and oh yeah MOTHER F****R, its AGAINST THE LAW YOU ASSHOLES. Its a very well-known fact that cigarette littering is a HUGE issue. frick you stupid fricks who do this.

This is why I'm in favor of all smoking bans. Smokers, by and large, are constant litterbugs. May the second-class citizens whose second-class status is well-earned enjoy smoking outside. Amount of fricks we give about your "freedom": 0.

My company "adopts" a highway, it's literally impossible to pick up all the butts. On any stretch of road there are thousands upon thousands, you can sit in one place and pick up as many as you wanted.
