not sure if being expelled is fair...never heard of any black guys getting expelled for saying honky or cracker

It must be the abusive conduct clause, at least that's the only prohibited action that makes any sense to me, but that's a hell of a slope to slip on....

Prohibited Conduct
These definitions include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Abusive conduct: Unwelcome conduct that is sufficiently severe and pervasive that it alters the conditions of education or employment and creates an environment that a reasonable person would find intimidating, harassing or humiliating.
Free speech also has consequences. I'm free to say what I want, but there are repercussions. These poor white victims utilized their right to free speech. They also violated the student code of conduct and are being expelled.

It is a designed catch all to cover their asses. Like I said, they use it to suspend people for whatever reason and this clause covers their bases.
I am sure there are far worse things covered in the code of conduct that kids haven't been suspended for. They just didn't embarrass a university. That could the point a lawyer argues if this ever goes to court.

bullshite, there lives are pretty much over with especially now for being expelled, no other school will take them. Over the top and if they weren't white this would be a mute issue.
