I'm stating my opinion based upon what I would expect as punishment for myself. If I disgraced myself, my parents and a university like these kids did and was removed, I'd deal with it. I wouldn't waste time suing, I'll tell you that.

This is the catch all that go them. Universities make it broad enough to cover just about anything. If they want to expel you they can for whatever reason.
