You couldn't do shite. You probably can't even squat below parallel, nerd.

Why would you dead lift heavy weight at that age?
Posted on 1/4/17 at 1:04 pm to Bout_Dat_Lyfe
How many can do a 400 pound deadlift?
Any halfway advanced lifter. Now at 67 is a different story.

Impressive. I'll get 405 when I'm 67

That was pure and utter dog shite.
Some of you will applaud him for lifting that kind of weight at his age, but I can't with good conscious condone such a poorly-executed movement like that.

Rick Flair was the man, is the man and will always be the man... Anyone who says anything bad about him... This is to you .

Deadlifting anything at 67 seems fricking stupid

Holy shite. Didn't even look like it was that bad to him until he let go of it and wanted to take a nap.

I'm sure the story of how he ruptured a disc in his spine will be all the the rage in the assisted living home he is soon to wind up in.

He impresses me but damn, get a stiffer bar.
Posted on 1/4/17 at 1:10 pm to Hu_Flung_Pu
I was getting kinda scared when his legs were buckling, but I'll be damned if he didn't get it up there.
Posted on 1/4/17 at 1:11 pm to Bout_Dat_Lyfe
The hunch in his back just got a little bigger.

Scott Steiner made him cry backstage IRL.

Hall's bar has some serious bend, too but it's worth noting that Duffin uses a narrower grip as he's pulling sumo.
