You obviously are missing something. See below map. The 3rd X on the map is where the fatal head shot came from the book depository. Now look at the grassy knoll - had the fatal head shot come from there, it would also have blown off Jacky Kennedy's head and would not have splattered brain matter and bullet shards on the inside of the front windshield. C'mon man, this shite aint rocket science.

The grassy knoll runs all the way to the left border of your picture, all of which is to the front right of the president. You are ignoring the fact that the first lady's head was to the front left of the president's head, directly in line with a shot coming from the depository. The only way someone from the knoll could have hit the first lady would have to have missed the president altogether.

We all know that Custer died at the Battle of Little Big Horn. What this book presupposes is, maybe he didn't?

I think it is important to point out that Oswald could be the only trigger man and still not have acted alone. Just because there was only one person shooting doesn't mean it wasn't a conspiracy.
