Her husband’s done something to make her jealous & you’re her revenge. If you did rekindle things with her, you’ll never be able to trust her. She sounds very immature.

Bitches like that

Yep. We all need friends. Just stay cool and friendly. Keep her in your back pocket like sort of a backup plan if the winds were to change one day (probably her plan too).

Don’t ever ask for them, but you’ll definitely get nudes when she feels like sending them.

Still looks damn good for her age. Debating.

She's just trying to see if she can get a rouse out of you. Women hate to be forgotten and ignored. She wants to know if she has you whipped and as soon as she realizes she does, she'll ghost you and continue with her life.

My experience says this is the case.

An old gf of mine started this crap with me during her first marriage. We hung out a bit after her first divorce. But I would never risk my heart [or an existing] relationship for a girl that needy emotionally. There's no stability when they need that much attention and can be that sneaky.

Last I heard she's on her third marriage and she's gained a ton of weight.

If she’s trying to screw around on him, she’ll do it to you.

Your Hallmark mentality could get you both in a bind.

You know what to do……..or, go for the Taboo path but be ready to handle the consequences.

Break up her marriage to assert dominance. Then when you go to stay at her families place during the holidays sleep until noon and have her serve you eggs and bacon in bed.

That’s the only play here.

May go for it. Her old man has stacks and I'd like to retire early.

I presume that you are an attorney and not a doctor (JD). That's unfortunate because doctors get a default starter wife. This is an automatic ironclad rule. With attorneys it is discretionary, so I would tread lightly. Godspeed.

Sounds almost exactly like one of my brothers, except the husband of the ex that he still holds a candle for died and she has a kid (but similar time frame - my brother proposed, she married someone else super fast after they broke up, etc).

But she has developed a habit of getting in his dm's and texting him when she drinks too much. It really messes with his heart and I hate seeing what she does to him.

If you're asking for advice, I'd say don't follow up. Block her. She's broken, and it's not your job to fix her.

OP forgot the golden rule when dealing with women. NEVER put the pussy on a pedestal. His dumb arse is gonna get sucked in and fall back in love with her and become a needy, insecure and jealous beta who isnt even getting laid because she lives a 1000 miles away and wont be getting divorced anytime soon.

He will start dreaming of their future fantasy life that is never going to happen. Best thing to do is tell this girl if they were meant to be they never would have split up. Will he do that? Nope, because he forgot the golden rule and now she has got him.
