So Bluff Road could be open by Saturday?

Or did I just selectively read?

Just got this update from the council woman:

"The Alligator Bayou Lock in Iberville is open, with no adverse affect on BM water level. Frog Bayou Lock being opened. Cut is now 1ft deeper and will be widened today."

This is good news!

Bluff is open on the north side now, the barricades weren't right there next to Fountain Hill as of 2:30

I highly doubt Bluff is open.

I drove by it about 230, it was still blocked and half the road still under water.

It was blocked on Bluff, just north of Bluff Oaks.

Amen but I won't dare complain about it (much) knowing what people are dealing with.
