I was actually very disappointed with it. What's the purpose of an appliance made for a specific purpose (making breakfast sandwich) if I have to use a different appliance to heat up the contents of it?...
Sounds like you're making great progress on your goals. I agree with others that 6' 160lbs sounds pretty skinny. I'd bump my protein intake up, set calories around maintenance and keep grinding. As for my opinion on your training, that's a lot of volume for one session. I believe the recommend...

Look up tennis elbow, golfer's elbow & radial tunnel syndrome to figure out which one it is. You can find exercises & stretches that can help it out....
If you are getting stronger & clothes fit better then you are making progress despite what the scale says. If you stay at a calorie deficit, lift consistently and keep protein intake high the fat will eventually come off. Do you know what your daily calorie & protein intake is? I'd start...
Big fan of Sword & Scale. If you want a little comedy sprinkled in you can check out Small Town Murder. Those same guys also do Crime in Sports which goes through the outrageous stuff that former players have done....

Looks like there weren't any options in BR back in 2019 but surely that's changed in 5 years. Anyone aware of any options in Baton Rouge that are avail to the public?...

Guy at my current gym open & closes his mouth non-stop while he's working out. It's like the old yip yip Muppets. Does it on the treadmill while running & while lifting. Also all his lifts are half reps and as fast as possible. ...
I guess I'm doing legs wrong. My lats never get much work on that day....

I'm battling a bit of radial tunnel syndrome in my elbow. I am having good luck with using several stretching & nerve glide exercises before & after activity. Here's my understanding on the different diagnosis. YouTube will have a ton of videos on each for relief. Tennis elbow - pain on outer...
I use Pet's Best. "Wellness" visits (spay/neuter, shots, chips, etc) aren't covered but they reimburse 80% of other things. My cost is ~$250 a year....
I've broken 80 twice
Not so sure you qualify as a "high" handicapper. Next time you have a session, try some of the clubs from the bags outside the bays and see how they compare....
Have you even done a fitting through them?
I have done the fitting with Golftec. I didn't feel pressured at all. Your coach will do the fitting for you so I'd assume you've built some kind of rapport during your lessons. I'm not sure if you're aware but the fitting is either y...

$3k clubs won't fix a $5 swing. I'd say get some lessons first before spending a bunch of money on fitted clubs. I used Golftec for a swing eval, lesson bundle & fitting. Wasn't really impressed with the coach I had but being able to use the indoor hitting monitors for 1.5h a week was...
