I guess you figured nobody will do their own research. The Bread Riots of 1863 were starving people (because both armies had basically stolen all livestock and produce ) were trying to survive. Are you really comparing the looting in Ferguson and Baltimore to that???

Yes because constitutions have never been amended. The 18th Amendment was repealed by the 21st. If you think that they couldn't do something in the future to fix it then you're kidding yourself.
