The cop flanking him was yelling for him to get on the ground. The cop that shot was yelling for him to show his hands. Confusing maybe?
The cop flanking Taylor clearly had a superior vantage point and the shooting officer should have been following his lead instead of pulling the trigger.

You don't know what it's like to be a government employee. At the end of the day they just want to go home to their family. When I encounter government employees with guns I show them nothing but respect. If you're a good obedient citizen that doesn't do anything odd or trashy then you have nothing to fear. The guy that got shot played stupid games and won a stupid prize.
