Looks like he turns around and sees the cops with guns drawn on him. That's the international sign for get your hands up. They could have let that play out more, however.

You can see the guy doing as the cop instructed. The cop is yelling "get your hands out!". Soon as the guy does, the cop fricking shoots him.

It's probably a good time to invest in Cop body cams that stay level on a gyro. Seems like we are seeing whats always happened in the past.

ridiculous how a cop can do something like that and get away with it. I understand cops jobs are stressful and they deal with people with guns all the time. But, he didn't hesitate to shot when that guy didn't do what the cop said (probably because he couldn't hear him).
