re: Whiskey/Bourbon/Scotch appreciation thread - LSU alum wannabe
Four Roses Burboun. Thoughts? I had an Old Fashioned made two weeks ago for me. It was excellent. Since it was made properly with minimal ingredients I assume Four Roses is delicious? Not reading through 22000 posts. ...

re: Do you tip the same on haircuts if you use a coupon? - LSU alum wannabe
Tip based on what the original service costs. I go to an old school barber now. He sells old school wet shaving stuff so I tip him well or buy something from him and tip modestly. It must be enough as he gave me free shave soap the other day.. "Oh hell just grab one and tell me what you think." H...
Why don't you click on the NHC website and see what the paid experts are saying?
Www.nhc.noaa.gov When others try to spice up local weather and sensationalize, you can count on the dry-assed robotic blurbs written by the NHC to soothe you. If you see the NHC use anything near ...
When I ate a vegetarian diet I still did fairly low carb.
Thats hard to sustain. Thats a lot of vegetables and fruits. To keep caloric intake and not feel like starving. Rice, Corn, Beans, Potatoes. Can you tell I've read Dr. MacDougall ...

re: Broke, watch gurus, What do you think? - LSU alum wannabe
If you are spending 2900 and are OK with a no date, why not wait? Sock away the $$ to get the no date Rolex? A second No Date Sub can probably be had for $4000. Tudor still has the same case as far as dimensions as Rolex pre change? Meaning the new larger Rolexes? I haven't been hunting for a whi...
But, it seems like every vegetarian I meet really just eats a ton of bread. I've met/worked with/dined with a number of vegetarians and they have all eaten far more "junk" carbs than vegetables.
It can be done wrong. No doubt. Prince Fielder is or was (not sure) a Vegan. He is ea...
LSUfan20005
You used the word thrive? Paleo guy? All your heart needs is produced in the liver. Eat meat if you want. Hell I still do. But I've cut back a ton. When I eat less meat I feel better. To think you need meat to survive or thrive is just a rationalization for e...

re: anyone on here ever tear the labrum muscle? - LSU alum wannabe
See an orthopedic. And if you really tore your labrum you earned a Vicodin or Tylenol with codeine. I'm not saying become Heath Ledger, but don't suffer through an acute injury because "drugs are bad mm-Kay." MRI is all that is definitive. Don't know your age or what you do activity wise, bu...

re: Vegetarian diet... Where do your calories come from? - LSU alum wannabe
Lots of Dr. MacDougall and Dr. Esylstein up in here I believe. I have friends that are hard core vegan. Another that essentially has a cheat meal on weekend. But otherwise is vegan 6 days a week. Basic premise is that we've been led to believe for decades that meat is necessary to survive. I...

re: Police Officer Killed in Cypress, TX - LSU alum wannabe
The shooter has to just be some crazy fricker though. I've been worked up about things before. But to the point of an execution? This is not Yemen. Not many willing martyrs here. You know you are going to either be killed or die in jail from killing an LEO. Current national climate can spark peop...

Caitlyn is a 1990's-2000's name. Like Dillon and Cassidy. Name another 65 year old woman named Caitlyn. Yet another ridiculous aspect of that shitshow. If he wanted to be "true to himself" he should have went with Gladys or Lucille. ...

Feather are the best IMO if sharpness with smoothness combo? It is the best consistently. Others you will hear are Kai and Bolzano. I found them both to be sharp but not as smooth. Bolzano being ok but not worth the time and extra$$ needed to locate and buy them. Kai are even more expensive. ...
