Navy to Name Ship After Gay Rights Activist Harvey Milk

The ship would be the second of the John Lewis-class oilers being built by General Dynamics NASSCO in San Diego, Calif.

This sums up the military under the current administration perfectly. This is the reason morale is low in the military and why good servicemen do not reenlist.
