Scruffy is correct

New Iberia & St Martinville >>>>Lafayette when it comes to unemployment and poverty rates

I rented this Place in Broussard for over a year. Great house, no problems from landlord and its in a nice subdivision.

I'd check it out, looks like its available in May.

Scruffy is very sorry to hear that.

Look on the bright side though. At least they aren't from Lafayette.

Neighborhoods going up all over Broussard and Youngsville. Might be able to find an older rent house around HWY 92 in Youngsville near Corner Bar for around what you'd expect to pay with 1-2 roomies.

Anything off of HWY 92, Morgan St., Youngsville Hwy, Bonin Rd., Pinhook, Verot, Albertson's Pkwy. Might even get lucky in Sugar Mill Pond.

Lafayette AND St. Martinville?!

Next thing you'll tell Scruffy is you were conceived in Jeanerette.

Scruffy is New Iberia born and raised.

Scruffy knows he is blessed. Your praise and compliments aren't needed.

It's actually a full time salary job, I'm about to graduate in may. However ill only be there for about a year or so which is why I'm only interested in renting.

Audubon Lake off of Kaliste Saloom Rd. About 15 min from Broussard. My roommate and I pay 1145 a month and the complex is really nice and well kept. The pool and hot tub is legit and there's always whores out there. The gym sucks though. Check it out and if you decide to come here, I get a referral bonus

That doesn't sound bad...is it easy to get cabs and such to downtown laffy? And is there a good gym in the area?

What neighborhoods are good to look in for rental houses? My upper limit for rent is around $700

FOr a house?

Probably not gonna happen

You prolly should have figured this out before you made plans to move there.
