The delicious fajitas alone make it better than half the towns named ITT.

Well, they do have good Mexican food, largely because it basically is Mexico.

I'm surprised the people in Holmes County, MS can afford to buy guns and bullets, tbh. That area is so poor they are about a year away from going back to homemade spears.

You haven't been to Brownsville. Aside from Eastern Kentucky, I'd be shocked if there is a worse or more depressing town than that.

Three of the four poorest regions in America are in SEC states:

- Rio Grande Valley in Texas
- Mississippi Delta
- Eastern Kentucky

The fourth is the native reservation areas in the Dakotas.

I've lived and been all over America, and for my money, some of those towns in eastern Kentucky make a lot of the rural South look like New York City. The native reservations are probably even worse, but they're even more remote and inaccessible.

I've seen plenty of the RGV and the native areas in the ND and both are absolutely miserable. The weather in ND makes it worse IMO but the Valley is rough.

Good choices along with Jackson.

Add Orange and Neaderland to that. For a metro that size, the suckage is off the charts.

Friar's Point, MS. A lot of the towns mentioned in here don't even begin to come close.

For actual city and the fact it's a capital of a state, good god I feel sorry for Jackson. Seriously residents should get sole sort of stipend for living there. A tax credit like Alaska or something. I just can't believe there are people that actually choose to live in that place. I don't believe It. I just don't
LOL. Irony

Deweyville, TX looks like a bomb went off and no one bothers to rebuild.

Jackson, MS is even worse than Beaumont.

Uniontown, Alabama brangin PAIN,

The Faces of Uniontown,Alabama

Let's have a dance off....

The hunting is fanfreakintastic and Faunsdale bar and Grill is cool as well. Other than that I can only think of a few places in Ms Delta and Eastern Ky that can even remotely hold a candle. I travel for work in every SEC state but Texas and Ark and have seen or spent time in every Po dunk town the south. Uniontown will see your town in the Final Four.
