She's been on local radio calling it a "murder". She doesn't play her card close to her chest.

She needs to keep stirring the pot on this to keep her name in the news. How else is she going to be Mitch's running mate in 2020?

Bye Baton Rouge. I've had enough. I've lived here for 40 out of the 45 years of my life but just can't take it any longer and tired of bitching about it without doing anything.

Good luck to you hard working people who stay.

They have about a million meetings a day and nothing ever gets accomplished besides scheduling more meetings. They just meet day in and day out.

That's in order to get the conversation started so that the healing can begin. It isn't until all the voices are heard and the hurt and frustration is out out there, that we can all come together and begin the process of talking to each other and really understanding where we're coming from so that we can make a real effort to end all the hurt and pain that's out there in the community. Truly.

Nothing like having a Chicago carpetbagger, race baiting SJW nitwit as mayor.

St. George here we come.

While I agree with it, that is a bold statement. Think about some of the past morons that have sat on the council. She is truly the dumbest of the dumb and that is scary.

I can't do it anymore. I get so damn mad that I type something then I think about the animals that read and post there and what they are capable of doing to their own and I go back and delete it. They are truly a shite stain on humanity.

It blows my mind people voted for her

Why? The voting block is strong, and the buses were full. She was guaranteed a near majority in EBR solely based on skin color. But whiteys are the racists.

I know you're being facetious but I always roll my eyes when someone says we need a honest dialogue about race. They last thing anyone really wants in honesty about race relations in America.

Not true! Kip had his issues but he was not a racist who hates white people like Broome and Marcelle.

Kip really tried to make Baton Rouge better and even if I didn't agree with him on what he was trying to do I really believe he was trying his best and had no hidden agenda.

I miss Kip every day. He was very good for the city-constantly promoting and never, ever missed an event downtown. He also had the good sense to always have a strong CAO that actually ran all the day to day. Walter Monsour, Mike Walker, William Daniel. This idiot would be well served to find someone like that, but it is obvious there is only one characteristic she's looking for in her circle.

Could Kip run again in the next election? If so he needs to because after St. George splits next year he is BRs only chance of not having a liberal mayor.
