Broom is so clueless, you can't just fire these people without finding out what happened.

The city of Baton Rouge is just opening itself up for lawsuits they can't win.

Where is Jill Craft when you need her?

So, did she really not acknowledge the Vice President?

If so, she is trash, and zero class.

I know you're being facetious but I always roll my eyes when someone says we need a honest dialogue about race. They last thing anyone really wants in honesty about race relations in America.

The "honest dialogue" that black people like Gravy wants consists of white people admitting that we are all closeted KKK white supremacists.

According to the report put out by Broome's transition team, all white people exercise white privilege to some extent, even if they don't know it, and whites are inherently racist just because we're white.

Has the doj comment that the sterling family claims was told to them, about the officer putting a gun to sterlings head and stating "bitch I will kill you" been substantiated?

Seems like this whole situation is based on that one comment/action, but I haven't seen that in the video that everyone saw and nothing in print from the doj. Only the sterling family has claimed that the doj told them that happened.

The city of Baton Rouge is just opening itself up for lawsuits they can't win. They don't care. They'll gladly hand over city money to get what they want.

I bet the city has her on retainer so she can't work against them.

No. Fat boy and the Sterling attorneys claim that's what the DOJ told them. Of course, they also turned a statement where the DOJ said watching a human die as "disturbing" into "the DOJ said themselves that officer Salimoni's actions were disturbing".

These people are liars and con artists and I don't trust a syllable that comes from their rotten mouths.

Official DOJ report

Found where the officer tried to use physical control, which Sterling resisted, then the officer produced his gun to gain compliance. Sterling then complied shortly and then began non compliance. Seems like the production of the gun(with likely verbal commands) as deterrent worked for the time being and did not endanger his life, only after further non compliance was the officer forced to produce his gun again, Sterling continued to not comply, at which time the officer was forced to shoot Sterling.

quote:

The videos show the officers as they arrived on scene and engaged with Sterling.  The videos show that the officers directed Sterling to put his hands on the hood of a car.  When Sterling did not comply, the officers placed their hands on Sterling, and he struggled with the officers.  Officer Salamoni then pulled out his gun and pointed it at Sterling’s head, at which point Sterling placed his hands on the hood.  After Sterling briefly attempted to move his hands from the hood, Officer Lake then used a Taser on Sterling, who fell to his knees, but then began to get back up.  The officers ordered him to get down, and Officer Lake attempted unsuccessfully to use his Taser on Sterling again.  Officer Salamoni holstered his weapon, and then tackled Sterling; both went to the ground, with Officer Salamoni on top of Sterling, who was on his back with his right hand and shoulder partially under the hood of a car.
