How do e-cigarettes work? I use to smoke regular cigarettes but quite years ago before these things were ever thought of.

I actually think they should be until they can be studied. Also, as much as I dislike regulation I know it has it's place and this is one of them. Not just for the safety of others but for mine as well. I don't want my juices coming from a sweatshop in China. I'm all for cheap labor, I just don't trust kids to mix things properly.
