Very true. Only the names are changed.
I would add only that mineral law is fairly unique in Louisiana. That does not have a lot to do with civilian concepts. But because Louisiana does not allow a separate mineral estate, we are different from just about every other legal regime in the United States.

Themis. I'm going the tax LLM route, so wouldn't have the bar prep cost covered anyways. For $1300, themis has been really, really good. I just want to get the bar over with

Any of you older guys have any Bar prep advice? Following the Barbri plan but a lot of it feels like going through the motions and assignments rather than intensive studying.
