Renovating and retrofitting the current space and adding about 80,000 square feet in the faculty parking lot.

The ones out there were done by a firm that didn't win the bid. So the actual design will likely be different from the renderings.

it wasn't a renovation, they built an entire new business school. LSU raised 18 million for it and the state gave 30 million.
