Diet soda just makes you crave food IMO. I can drink water and be fine. I drink a diet Dr Pepper and I'm starving.

Only eat fresh fruit, not fruit juices. The sugar in those drinks are as bad as sodas.

A low carb chili or a slow cooked chuck roast are great meals that you can eat off of for multiple days

I've heard some people say that sodas are a bit of an addiction and once you've stopped drinking them for a while you grow to prefer water and find that soda is too sweet. Has this been anyone else's experience? I hope that happens to me

My parents never kept cokes in the house when I was a kid, so I didn't drink them much. I occasionally want a root beer or maybe a Sprite when sick, but in general I find them all too sweet. Regular Coke makes my teeth feel like they'll fall out.

Not as easy as keeping the yolk in. Why would you remove the healthiest part in the first place?

I get tired of water. So sometimes I just squirt some of that mio shite to help not want to drink soda or Powerade.

Also have completely stopped drinking beer. I stick to wisky and tequila now.

If I need a mixer I just use a lemon lime seltzer. But damn do I miss wisky and sprite.

It's that fricking corn syrup we are addicted to. Was in London last summer and the cokes and sprite were gross to me.

They pretty much are.

Nah. Much better to do without.

Also, use local honey in your coffee instead of sweeteners or sugar

There is no difference. Honey is just as bad (and in some ways, worse) than sugar.

I've tried it and I find it disgusting. Unfortunately I think it's the sugar that I like in soda.

You're addicted to that sugar, baw. For me, sodas were all about the carbonation, so sparkling water helped me a lot. It's been years since I've had a soda.

Going low carb I found I was eating eggs more than anything. Eggs for breakfast. Boiled egg for a snack. A side of eggs with dinner. It really helped keep me full. Also, Cherry Coke Zero helped me curb my sweet tooth. I didn't have a problem w/ the aspartame.

Saw about honey. If you're going low carb then honey and/or real sugar is a no. Though I prefer honey to sugar because I can use less to have the same amount of sweetness.

8oz of OJ has 22 grams of sugar. There are 4.2 grams of sugar in a teaspoon. So there are 5.2 teasponns of sugar in 8oz of OJ.

Sugar is killing this country. Not natural fats!

yes
after being given an unlimited supply of water bottles at work its all I drink and I don't enjoy drinking an entire coke, a few sips at most is all I can take but I have no desire for a coke now and don't get cokes

As for food... the Mexicans im working with had a bet going for who can lose the most weight( 15 guys at $100 a head)

this dude literally only ate meat for breakfast and lunch. turkey in the morning and chicken at lunch. a salad and veggies every now and then.

dude won $1400 after losing 25lbs in a month.

Just remembered he drank some shake thing during the day to don't know what it was

This one has been tough, I love milk. But I switched to unsweetened coconut milk.

But I love coconut.

I transitioned from sodas to diet sodas and now I don't even drink the diet ones except every now and then. I drink basically water and unsweetened tea.

If you're strong enough to cut out all sugar for about 10-14 days, you'll feel amazing. But your basically trying to wane off an addictive drug,. It's hard

Overall you don't sound too educated on this. Meaning you prob can't detect what they hide sugar in, which is just about everything. Start learning to read labels if you are serious about it
