I would have thought so, but was shocked to google around just now and found out seemingly not.

I found that a handful of pork rinds cured my desire for a crunchy chip replacement.

These are awesome as well:

They're even good dipped in salsa.

I think I recall Frank's Red Hot Sauce--the original Buffalo sauce--being 0 carb.

I love IZZE drinks (blackberry is my fave). Technically it does contain sugar/carbs, but they are from pure fruit juice which I allow myself from time-to-time. I wouldn't drink it all day or anything.

Flavor your own water - lemon, cucumbers, mint is a refreshing combo

Be careful with people saying veggies because not all veggies are carb friendly. If you are just trying to cut back then sure, most veggies are fine. However, if you want to drop weight quickly and enter ketosis then you need to avoid a lot of vegetables that are higher in carbs such as carrots, tomatoes, etc. You can google a list of vegetables and their carb count easily.

Someone mentioned pork rinds for a nice crunch. They are also awesome if you pound them and use them to coat pork or chicken and fry it. Taste great and really tricks you into thinking you ate something breaded.

I was diagnosed w/Type 2 diabetes on August 15. I immediately stopped:
• Eating white rice (a staple for me)
• Eating or drinking processed sugar (cookies, brownies, soft drinks)
• Eating anything filled with empty calories or carbs (starches except for whole grain bread)

Now I drink water or unsweetened tea when thirsty, mostly water.

I eat more fruits and vegetables (both of which I like anyway)--especially fiber veggies like broccoli and beans, which give the feeling of being full.

I mix fruit w/plain yogurt and add some vanilla extract for a desert.

In the past five weeks:
• I've gone from 222 pounds down to 205 (with more weight loss to come)
• I feel better
• I save money by not buying packaged, processed food
• My BP and cholesterol have gone down to the point where I may be able to get off meds to treat those conditions

Fruit/veggies over processed sugar and empty calories/carbs. Normal exercise.

Down from 38 inch to 36 inch pants. Will probably end up at 34 inches, like I was 25 years ago.

One of the main reasons I'm doing this is to avoid type 2 diabetes. I'm pretty thin but it can affect anyone who eats like crap for long enough. Hell, Patrick Peterson got it

you need to minimize all alcohol consumption even if it contains little to no carbs. Your body tries to metabolize alcohol in your system as if it is energy and it will not burn fat until the alcohol has been metabolized.

Smart move. Wish I'd taken the risk of Type 2 more seriously.

Whole wheat products, sweet potato instead of white, no corn, increased protein. I try to keep a low carb diet because of hypoglycemia. I avoid sugars, unless i'm home and will be able to eat again in about 2 hours. The blood sugar drop happens fast and without warning. Most vegetables are considered free foods (corn is not since it breaks down to high sugars).
